As a respected culture bearer for the organization, she held many leadership roles, including Store Manager, Director of Learning & Development and as Vice President, Human Resources for many years. In these roles, she was responsible for cultivating and delivering innovative programs to build succession, employee satisfaction, expansion and business growth. She is a Certified Professional Master Business Coach, Executive Leadership, and Group Development expert specializing in the Integrated Model of Group Development and GDQ and the Hogan Assessment process.
