Health Information Management Program Requirements

Health Information Management Diploma Requirements

To qualify for the Health Information Management Diploma (24 units), students must complete all five-core courses, plus three elective courses.  All program courses are offered online.

Note:  The diploma program is in the process of CHIMA’s accreditation process. If approved, students may need to complete more courses than the diploma requirements in order to meet CHIMA’s education program requirements.  Further information will be posted as available.

To qualify for the Health Information Certificate (15 units), students must complete all five-core courses.
